Bought 2 sets, the first set was great but with the other set things were missing or broken, I think you can still report this because they already knew about it.

Great experience. I bought several scale airplane models from Michael, and the first set had a few defects. Finding a solution was no problem, I received credit for a new order, and placed it right away. The second set was perfect.

The company doesn't send everything at once; it takes a lot of effort to reach them. The product doesn't work as described.
